Each order is carefully prepared and checked within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Please note that this does not include our 1–3 business-day preparation period. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or because of carrier or customs delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow a little time for the first tracking update to appear. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or contact our Customer Care team.

No. Duties and import taxes are included in your order price, so you shouldn’t be asked to pay additional customs charges when your parcel arrives.

Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to help, but address changes can’t be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Start by checking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, or the tracking hasn’t updated for five business days, contact our Customer Care team with your order number so we can investigate.

Your order is covered by our Safe Arrival Promise. If it is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact our Customer Care team with your order number. For damaged deliveries, please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
